Use: Coal injection, dust-fall, coal pressure reduction, coal-crack, methane drainage, etc.
Function:
1. Moisture enters into coal mass, releasing some gas, and reducing the gas content in the coal body.
2. It can reduce the 80% dust, improve workers' working environment, and completely eradicate dust explosion accidents when water injection reaches the desired impact.
3. Wetting coal mass to prevent the spontaneous ignition of coal body.
4. High pressure water injection, breaking coal mass, reducing cost, and enhancing the workers feeling of safety.
5. Use the hole sealing device to efficiently prevent the gas stress and explosion.
Structure: It is made of high pressure expansion hose, safety valve, and rapid-acting coupling.

Hole-sealing diameter: 30~120mm(also can be processed according to customers' needs )
Working pressure: 1-8MP(processed according to the customers' needs)
Start-up pressure of the safety valve: 0.4-0.5Mpa
Working flow: 4-4.5 tons of water per hour

Operation Method and Notes
1. It is very simple and convenient to use the device. It only needs to connect the device with the watercourse on the operation field, put the device into the drill hole under certain pressure, the hose will expand to come to purpose of hole sealing and coal breaking.
2. The device can be used for several times repeatedly. To unload pressure after water injection, it can restore to its original state, and then take out the hole device.
3. Forbiding to insert and retrieve the hole device with pressure.
4.Allow no person in front of the working device.
